We've been friends for three years now.
From the moment I saw you,
I knew I'd Love you.
For how long?
I did not know.
But let me tell you,
Three years have passed,
And things haven't changed.
It's been three years,
Since we first met.
We don't even remember when
We began to talk.
Good friends we came to be.
We have had our times.
I messed up,
And you forgave me.
A true friend you were then,
And still are now.
I wouldn't have forgiven,
But you did.
Which is why I am still in love with you.
Three years have passed,
And we're still friends.
Unfortunately, that is all it's probably going to be.
It's okay though,
Because having you as my friend,
Is better than not having you at all.
