A woman told Niagara Falls police she was attacked and grabbed by a woman who wanted to fight with her just before noon in front of Jordan Gardens apartments. The victim said the suspect, whom she knows, got out of a cab and grabbed her on the sidewalk. The victim said she dropped her keys as she ran back into her apartment and then the suspect took the keys and scratched the rear quarter panel on her vehicle. A Niagara Falls man was hit by a frying pan and then threatened with a plastic roadway marker as he was chased down the road following a weekend argument, city police said today. The 26-year-old victim told police that a night of drinking between Jan. 14 and early Jan. Jan. 15 on Point Avenue. He told police the suspect first hit him in the hand with a frying pan.
