Kerley has seven seasons of NFL experience, which include two separate stints with the New York Jets. Overall, he has 268 catches for 3

Kerley will have an opportunity to contend for a backup spot behind Kelvin Benjamin and Zay Jones.

In a separate development, the agent of former Buffalo running back Fred Jackson announced his client will sign a one-day contract Wednesday to formally
retire as a member of the Bills.
Jackson has been out of football since spending the 2015 season with Seattle. The 37-year-old was a fan-favorite during his first eight seasons in Buffalo
after making the team as an undrafted free agent in 2007. Jackson finished with
