SYDNEY, Sept. 7 (Xinhua) -- Although women from culturally diverse backgrounds have a wide range of unique skills that make them a key asset in the

organizations.
The Cracking the Glass-Cultural Ceiling: Future Proofing Your Business in the 21st Century Report, by The Diversity Council Australia and the University of
Sydney Business School found that 90 percent of culturally diverse women
surveyed believed their talents and leadership qualities were not being
recognized.
"Primarily they are considered to be risky appointments and this is, I suppose, a historical overhang of bias that needs to be disrupted and shaken

report.
