Use of cutting disc

1. Crack caused by cracking of the cutting disc
Problem 1: When the 5-inch resin cutting disc for the metal hole is small or the shaft is strong, it is hard to load.
Solution: The cutting disc hole and the shaft should be able to be smoothly loaded, but not rigidly loaded.
Question 2: Use flanges on one side
Solution: The cutting disc flange should be the same size on both sides and evenly fastened.
Problem 3: The flange support is uneven (the flange is bent; the lead filling layer is convex; the flange burr; the cutting surface is not flat)
Solution: The left and right sides of the cutting disc flange should be finished to the correct and smooth size specified. The flat part of the cutting disc should be processed accurately, and the lead filling layer should not protrude flat.
Question 4: When the dimensions of the two flanges are different
Solution: The left and right flanges must use the same size flange
Problem 5: When the gasket is needed, there is no gasket or the gasket is small and the diameter is too thin.
Solution: use a high-strength, large-diameter gasket
Question 6: There is no groove on the inner side of the flange or its diameter is small
Solution: The inside of the flange must have a groove of the specified size
Question 7: The tightening force of the nut is too large
Solution: The fastening nut of the flange starts from the idea of ??actually clamping the cutting disc. The fastening force is often too strong, but the excessive tightening will cause the flange to twist and make the cutting disc partially function. Strong, so it should be tightly tightened
Question 8: Only consider grinding power abuse cutting discs
Solution: Because the cutting disc with coarse grain size or low hardness has a very small strength, it is necessary to pay attention to the grinding with high efficiency such as heavy grinding.
