The quality inspection of the grinding wheel over the years has found that the rotational strength of the fiber-reinforced resin plate grinding wheel is not ideal, some are lower than the high-speed operation, some are broken when the test speed is not reached, and some cannot reach the test speed, but can not be maintained for 30 seconds. The ratio of the rotation strength is not ideal.
When using a fast working grinding wheel, it is mostly hand-held cutting and grinding. The distance between the operator and the grinding wheel is relatively close. Therefore, once the rotation strength is poor, the grinding wheel will break during cutting or grinding, which may cause personal injury and death.
