Has anyone seen this movie???

it's a pakistani movie made by Sabiha Sumar. with Indian
actress Kirron Kher.

It's an amazing film. A proper film with perfect acting, beautiful
cinematography and a realistic interesting story.

This is the type of films that should be made and shown in
Pakistan. I can't believe the theatres in Pakistan havent shown
this movie.

Apparently it was shown at the Karachi Film Festival two years
ago, and it also won the major awards at the Italian Film
Festival in Venice.
And this is Sabiha Sumar's first feature film.

I've seen the trailer to Pehla Pehla Pyar, and the movie is
nothing but a Bollywood type of a film. It's good that Pakistani
film is trying to make better films than the gujjars, and jaggas,
but don't copy Bollywood.

everyone knows the ending of PPP when they walk into the
theatre. nothing surprising. the boy and the girl will live
happily ever after.

how about trying something new.
different.
original.

do u think pakistani public can accept some thing original aur some thing HAT KAY my son jis country mein 30% educated loog hein wahan pe aisi hi movies banti hein typical masalah stuff even bollywood is making these kinda movies ur talking abt some thing original na do u know what happend with JINNAH movie made on quid e azam it was dead flopp now got ur answer????????

alrighto chriz actually i cant understand man whats the difference between lollywood n pak film industry.industry is lollywood wether u make "orignal" film or type film.first thing is mr yass to get back audience to cinemas n 4 this glamourous good dts film is best once the market is set then new ideas can get the audience.after that new experience can b done.secondly even literacy rate is high in india yet they making murder kind of films n they r hit as well thirdly if using nice dresses good make up excellent locations n cinematography is copying bollywood to yeh copy to sub ko karni chahye

its not about education.
films are about entertainment, storytelling and if possible, a
message to the public. you don't have to be highly educated to
be able to watch Good movies.

i'm sorry but i havent seen Jinnah as yet. But what i think
caused that film to flop (from what i've heard) is that the film was
in English, with lots of British actors and i'm not sure about its
scripting.
what are your thoughts on Jinnah? Good film or Not?

all i'm trying to say is, filmmakers have to try and make movies
that are different from each other.
the way the pakistani film industry works - the films are being
made like a factory makes cars, where all the cars are the
SAME. this way, the films are also the same.
it's all about LOVE and HATE.
there is either DANCING or KILLING.

we have such a rich culture in pakistan - at times a comic and
funny culture - that there should be films made based around
common people's stories, comedies, dramas, and other topics
which are less explored. i don't think that films based on these
ideas are completely HAT KAY, or unwatchable.

audiences usually don't go into the theatre thinking,
"i hope there is good cinematography or DTS sound or glamor."

audiences go in thinking,
"i hope this is a good story, entertainment with good acting and
interesting characters."

make any sense?? or am i the only one who is absolutely
disgusted with the lollywood crap?? Budda Gujjar?!?

i've seen Maula Jutt. now that film was entertaining. and i'm
sure over the years, some Jutt films have been decent, but up
till just recently, Jutt films were the ONLY type of movies being
made in the market.

any thoughts?

well jinnah was released in both english and urdu versions right and u said you liked mola jutt lolzzzz and u think that mola jutt was entertaining as well gud yaar keep it up

yeah. maula jutt was entertaining because it was one of the first
JUTT films with like a full array of masala stuff.

the action was original, and well filmed.
but ever since then, all films have been copies of Maula Jutt or
something very close to it.

Jutt characters dominate lollywood.

mula jutt was the first crap film made by lollywood a film full of voilence n badmashi after that its continuation well we r all disgusted with punjabi films punjabi films should not b made at all.im hopefull about good upcoming urdu films being made in lollywood

i agree with you charizmatic i also think gujjar films are
terrible.

all i was saying was that maula jutt is the only decent
gujjar film. and i say this because it has good filmmaking
techniques. watch for the camera work deviced by the
filmmaker. it's impressive. and the film is funny to watch.

but overall, the gujjar films are a disgrace to PAKISTAN, and
its people.

i dont know how you may be able to find it in VHS or DVD.
but i downloaded the movie from:
BW Torrents

Click on the "Search" link. Type in "Khamosh"
And when the search results come up, its a BWT Exclusive link.
KHAMOSH PANI

Download the Torrent file and then use a Torrent
software to download the whole movie. it's about 700MB.
