interceptions during the first three quarters of a road loss at Cincinnati on
Oct. 28. The fourth-year player has thrown 10 picks and lost one fumble in four
games since returning from his suspension.Koetter remains optimistic that the
Bucs, who haven't made the playoffs since 2007, can turn themselves
