Tea Leaves: small granules that will open up once they are boiled and will take the shape of small leaves. (Green Of course)
Tea Color : Pink after adding milk to it.
Additives for Taste: Alai'chee and Baa'dKh'atai'(It is like a flower with six or seven petals)and adds taste and fragrance to the tea. U only need to add one petal that is sufficient.
Some Limitations: In some areas you can never get the right color and taste of the tea due to the water. Therefore, baking
Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate) certainly helps. Even in Pakistan, depending on the tea leaves you have to add very little B.C.
2) Use only regular milk, 2% and skim milk are not allowed. If you are adamant and fat conscious then please do not
make an effort that will go wasted in the end.:)
