hmm I'd say Vaneeza Ahmed, although she hasn't stared in a Pakistani drama for a while. She's beautiful and can really act. Amna Haq would get my vote for being beautiful, but she can't act...so Vinnie it is

May i ask all of you why saima is so underrated? I agree as far as acting is concerned no sub-continental actor/actress can claim to be really talented,but saima comes close.And her looks....she really is a femme fatale!

My favorite pakistani female celebrities are Iman ALi, Amna Haq, Mona Liza(fackin gorgeous!!), Zara Sheikh, Sana, Reema, Veena Malik, Sonia Khan, Shagufta Ejaz, Sadia Imam, the girl in Safaid Posh etc. Suneeta Marshall and Amna Shiffat dont act i think but theyre gorgeous too.

finally someone who agrees with me!
indeed saima is a very talented actress. everyone always puts her looks over her talent which is wrong. she's the most talented pakistani film actress by far IMO.
as for looks......amna haq is the runnaway winner, even tho she hasnt acted in films!

In the picture the one on the left is Erum Akhtar and the one on the right is Saba Fasial (I think that is her name) she used to be a newscaster for PTV News (Lahore).

Amna Shiffat is the most beatiful women in Pakistan imao, she hasn't acted in movies but did in a Fakir music video. Also she looks so much like Monica Bellucci. I adore her face so much I've used her pic as one of my rpg characters.
