The silica crushers are the key equipments in silica sand production line. In the silica sand production line, the mined silica sand (quartz sand) firstly go through the primary crusher for primary crushing, then the crushed materials are screened through the vibrating screen, the eligible gravels enter into the sand making machine, while the others go through the cone crusher for fine crushing, then the fine crushed stone materials are screened out through the vibrating screen again. The sand from out of the sand making machine enters into the sand washer. Final the silica sand is finished.
