I. Grass-roots Treatment
First, the rust and oxide on the metal surface are polished with an electric grinding wheel or wire brush and abrasive cloth, and then the floating dust on the metal surface is wiped clean with cotton yarn or rag. If there is oil stain, scrub with gasoline or diluent, pay special attention to the rust removal at the bolt connection and weld seam, which must be thorough and completely expose the metallic luster.
2. Painting Construction
Before the application of the waterproof coating, the holes on the top of GL steel sheet are filled. First, the original slurry of synthetic polymer waterproof coating is used to paint the hollow surface, and then the hollow surface is pasted with polyester non-woven fabric. Waterproof paint should be applied on the top again after the sticking is firm.
In the construction process, the material must be stirred evenly. The material with uniform stirring should not be placed for too long. If the time is too long, it needs to be stirred evenly again.
