'Pakistan to restrict actors from working in Bollywood'
Islamabad, Feb 23 Pakistan might restrict actors from appearing in Indian movies after Pakistani superstar Meera's "vulgar" scenes in her film "Nazar", Online news agency reported.
Meera is currently in India shooting for "Nazar", directed by Soni Razdan and written by Mahesh Bhatt. It is her first appearance in a Bollywood film.
Official sources here said the film's "objectionable scenes" showing Meera kissing an Indian actor had prompted the Pakistan government and the culture ministry to impose a heavy fine on the popular actress.
The sources said people had reacted strongly to some of these scenes as they were against Islamic ethics and moral values.
The government has directed the culture ministry to take severe action against Meera as Pakistani actors visiting other nations were seen as ambassadors of the country.
Meera had earlier this month claimed in Mumbai that a Pakistani religious group, which she did not name, had been making threatening calls to her. The calls began after still showing her in a clinch with her "Nazar" co-star Ashmit Patel were circulated in December.

so it means the government is forcing everyone to follow the islam paths? u cant force everyone to follow islamic ethics, it must be done from their own interest. I really hate this, our community is well known for not respecting other peoples way of life, irrespective wether he is religous or not, we always have to interfere wid everyone especially those stupid mullahs, there is a lots of poverty, discrimnation against paki women, child labour, those are the most important things we have to focus about it, but no, the only thing we do is to check out other peoples way of life...too bad!

oh gosh what a circus the govt is making. damn right they have their own intentions.
she's being prosecuted for such a stupid reason. it's her body she can do what she wants with it. yeah okay, if she was a religious leader and then suddenly became a p*rn star it would have been a different story, but she's already an actress, big deal if she's making out with a bolly stud and not a lolly stud.
btw i haven't seen anymore pics of the movie, but from those two photos i'd say they were behaving by today's standards

I think Mehesh Bhatt is clever director of bollywood.. if pakistani people dont like nudity & vulgarity stuff.. we should discourage these kind of people..
