The stamping parts have the characteristics of thin, uniform, light and
strong in fighting with castings and forgings. Stamping can produce
workpieces with reinforcing ribs, ribs, curls or flanges, which are
difficult to manufacture in this familiar diameter, in order to improve
its rigidity. Because of rejecting the rough die, the precision of the
workpiece can reach micron level, and the accuracy is high and the
specifications are identical. It can punch holes, convex tables and so
on. In practical production, the stamping properties of materials are
tested by technological tests similar to stamping process, such as
drawing performance test and bulging performance test, in order to
ensure the quality of finished products and high qualified rate.
Stamping equipment is usually equipped with a stagnant press, in
addition to forming thick plates with a hydraulic press. With the focus
of modern high-speed multi-station condensation press, the passive
stamping line with high critical rate can be formed by installing
equipment, such as uncoiling, collecting and delivering finished
products, and placing the mould library and quick die change, and using
the computer-based French tube bundle. In the condition of tens or
hundreds of stamping parts per minute, stamping and output processes are
completed in a short time, and personal, equipment and quality events
often occur. Therefore, the safety of stamping is a very important
topic.
