tools like SolidWorks and ProE. In order to support our precision metal
stamping operations, we have facilities in-house for surface grinding,
sinker EDM, programmable CNC centers and wire cutting EDM technologies.
Our metal stamping process uses the best presses for manual, progressive
as well as robotic lines. The brands we use include Ingyu, Amada, AIDA,
SEYI, Yamada Dobby and the like, with capacities from as low as 5 tons
to as high as 200 tons. We have the capability to process ferrous and
non-ferrous material from 0.002” or 0.05 mm and even lower, to 0.190” or
5 mm and higher. Eigen Engineering is the preferred partner to
companies in a wide variety of industries. We also offer a sweeping
range of value added services inclusive of welding, riveting, tapping
and mechanical assembly. We have also included several secondary
precision metal forming and joining operations in order to reduce costs.
