Imagine! That you have inherited a large sum of money, but it has come from the questionable actions of someone you loved. Would you be ashamed to keep the money, or would you gladly enjoy your good fortune. Please give a reason too.
Remember: *That person got that money by doing something wrong. *You can’t return that money to that person or someone in his family because he/she is not there anymore and you were the only person for him/her.

If you are truly looking for an answer than do not seek advice of humans. A set of believes, regardless of right or wrong, drive human thought and advice. Seek advice of your creator and the one He appoint as a guide for your guidance.

SD always the great
and Jia too good
ofcourse you have no right over such money. your first prefference should be to return it to its right owners (jin ka haq mara gya tha). if you cant find them, then give it to charity and that all.
wasting the money in anyway like burning is not an option as it is not permitted in Islam.

I wouldn't keep a penny of it, refuse to accept it straight out, because this money has come from harming/ causing grief to someone.
The person who got the money can do what he wants with it, spend it, burn it - whatever.
There isn't exactly good moral in giving it to charity either, because in affect you are just shuffling the haram to someone else.
Really it's like having a pile of nuclear waste/crap, it's harmful no matter where you dispose of it.
I totally agree with you jia but the thing is that the person who got that money from others isn't there anymore... That’s why I asked this question to see what would people do if they can't return to the same person who got it or to the real owners of the money. ofcourse you can't "burn" them and you can’t even keep them too so only thing that is left to do is to give it to charity. I know we shouldn't give this kind of money to charity, which is gotten by harming others but would we do? We have to give it to charity.

You inherit money from someone whom you think earned in an unlawful way! Money for you is halal and you can spend it the way you want it. However, the person who earned this money is answerable to Allah for how he/she earned it and how he/she spent it and how its inheritors spend as well. Ofcouse, taqwa is to spend from your earned money and from inheritence also as it expiates sins and brings one closer to Allah.
Now, if you know the rightful owners of that money and you return it to them, it has a great rewaard for you. If not, make sadaq fe-sabilillah from it and you can use it for your benefit too.
For God's sake, people do not issue fatwa's on matters you do not have any authority. This is a serious business where only word of Allah and His Messenger are the basis of any ruling. I request you again to refrain from ruling on matters of deen.

If you know rightful owners or their heirs, return money to them, especially when your sure it was taken from them unlawfully. If you don't know them or can't find them, you have no choice but to keep it. Spending it in charity may and again may draw Allah's forgiveness to the earner of it.
