Follow the steps-
1) Heat mustard oil and add chopped onions and panch pharon.
2) Once the onions change colour, add a paste made of fresh green chilli, garlic, ginger and onions.
3) Heat for 5-7 minutes.
3) Add turmeric, cumin seed powder and chopped amra fruit.
4) Add salt as per preference and add jaggery to add sweet flavour to the sabzi.
5) Let it heat for 15 minutes.
The sabzi is ready. Enjoy!
