Butt splice connectors are commonly used to connect or splice two wires together to lengthen, change, or repair an electrical circuit. WiringProducts carries 5 types of butt splices - non-insulated or bare butt splices, vinyl insulated butt splices, nylon insulated butt splices, heat shrink butt splices, and high temperature butt splices. All of our butt splice connectors are made from tin plated copper for maximum conductivity and holding strength, except for the high temperature splices which are made from nickel plated steel to handle temperatures up to 900°F. With a maximum voltage rating of 600 volts, our butt splice connectors are suitable for any electrical requirement including automotive, marine, commercial, and industrial applications. Please watch our video detailing our selection of butt splices.
