Karan Johar's next film Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna is all set to roll on 1st September with a mahurat that will be attended by family and friends, and of course, the Bachchans and King Khan. Media has been guessing about the film for a long time. Now, the script is finally ready. "It was a huge problem. Getting the phases of relationship in an urban setting right was quite an obstacle while writing the script", says Karan. Besides, the dialogues had to be authentic and real for the characters. And then getting the cast was a task. Finally, the director has managed to get actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Preity Zinta and Rani Mukherjee for his project. The first schedule will be shot in Mumbai and then they would shift to the US. When asked if this would be different from the typical Karan Johar films, he says, "No, it's a typical KJ film with emotions. It has a vast scope and canvass. Was K3G different from KKHH? Or was Kaal similar to Kal Ho Na Ho? I think I have made my point and we can move on."
