Resume builder as Europass CV

Hi there. I’m a foreigner student from Uzbekistan. I came some months ago. Currently I’m looking for a job. Are there good chances to get a job as a foreigner student? I’m studying tourism (yea, maybe not the best choice for this time…). I speak English and Russian very well, I have a driving licence but I don’t know Latvian - only ‘’sveiki’’, ‘’paldies’’, ‘’ludzu’’, ‘’uzredzešanos’’, all the numbers from 1 to 100 and something like that. It is a very tough language, guys! My friends are working in a travel agency over here but they don’t need any more employees right now. It is hard to find a job even in a cafe as many people lost their jobs during the pandemic. So maybe some new suggestion for a foreigner student which I don’t know about? Is there any web page to search for the job vacancies in English? And how to create curriculum vitae in a right way? Are there any specifics for an European CV ? Please help! It starts to get really bad and not fun without a job…
