2. Update your app to the latest version available in the App Store.
3. Make sure that your modem is working properly. Check indicator lights.
4. The CenturyLink application has a troubleshooting solution. Click on the "Test my service" link in the app, it will act as a diagnostic to find any network problem.
5. Unplug the modem. Wait a few minutes, then turn it back on again. You can also reload it through the app.
