Mountain bikes generally specialize in mountain trails, single track, fire roads, and other unpaved surfaces. There are bikes available for both men and women. The differences are mainly comfort-orientated. Some woman’s mountain bikes build with shorter distances between the top of the frame and the seat of the bike based on the brief torso/longer leg generalization. Ladies’ mountain bikes also sometimes have thinner tubes and thus lighter frames.

Cycling is one of my favorite hobbies. Not only do I ride a bike whenever the opportunity arises, but I also take part in bike rides. Not as a team player.
