You can get a full refund within 24 hours of booking. If you purchased your ticket 24 hours before departure, you can get a full refund up to 12 hours before departure. For bookings made through our
SAS Flight cancellation app or SAS customer service, you can cancel using the confirmation email link or in My Bookings.
Please note that if this is your refund date, use this egg.
In case of cancellation after more than 24 hours of booking, your refund will be calculated as per ticketing rules/transportation status.
