To refund a ticket you have previously exchanged, the refund rules of the original ticket will apply. You may exchange your booking(s) up to 2 hours before departure
etihad cacellation policy. You may request for a refund online for eligible bookings paid by credit/debit card 5 days after ticket issuance, until 2 hours before departure.
