Abdullah Shah, known as Baba Bullah Shah
1680 - 1758
His ancestral village was Uch Gilaniyan in Bahawalpur. From there his family first shifted to Malakwal (district Multan) and then to Pandoke (near Kasur).
Bulleh Shah was the diciple of a Qadiri Sufi, Shah Inayat Hussein.
Bulleh Shah composed a lot of poetry in Saraiki/Punjabi. his style of poetry is called Qafi.
He personifies courage of conviction. He is a man of God but a poet of people.

i have this book with english translation,, jo k zahir hai translator ki point of view ki waja se sahi matlab nahi de paati,,
par ab 4/5 baar sahi se parhne se mujhe bulleh shah ki poetry samajh aa jati hai,, aur iss liye bhi coz i ve read a bit abt SUFI THOUGHTS
