When you buy a router, it is configured with default settings. Then username is admin and
default Netgear router password is password. You an then later change it to whatever you want. Let’s have a look at the steps.
Steps to change password:
? In a web browser type www.mywifiext.net and log in through the username and password.
? Go to the settings and then click on wireless.
? Under the general section, you will find your Wi-Fi password.
? Enter the current password and then create and type a new password.
? Enter the new password again to confirm.
? Click save to apply the changes.
