its been 14months since I had my perm
the perm wears off in 9 months
Now Im thinking to cut my hair
and get it layered...
what yah think????

well the prob was.. i need to brush hair evryday and with a perm.. its not possile!!!!
and besides.. my hair was in steps... anyway.. now all done.. ill try and fix it asap..
