To make changes or troubleshoot internet issues, you must first log into your modem. If you don't
know how, here is how to
modem login. To begin, connect your computer to your modem via an Ethernet cable. The IP address of your modem should be
visible in the URL bar of any web browser. Enter ipconfig into the Windows
Command Prompt to find the IP address. Enter the user ID and password for your
modem. This information can be found at the bottom of the modem. The admin
interface will be different depending on your modem. There should be options to
check the status of your connection, change the admin password, delete the
events log, and so on.
