To clear the queue, clear the print spooler on a Windows computer. These actions may need to be
performed on both the host computer and your clients' machines. To learn
how to clear Epson printer queue, open the 'Run' window on the host by pressing the 'Windows key + R' combination. In the "Run" window, type
"services.msc." It brings up the Services window. Scroll down to find
"Print Spooler." When you right-click "Print Spooler,"
select "Stop." Move to the folder
"C:WindowsSystem32spoolPRINTERS" of all files. Now, in the
"Services" window, restart the "Print Spooler" service by
clicking "Start" in the left pane while "Print Spooler" is
highlighted.
