We are planning to have Chicken wings with some sauce or topping.
Daughter bought a bag in freezer section at store for 2 & 1/2 pound
bag & she was shocked at the price:sm06: She saw a bag for $39.00
for over a 100 pcs. But she bought a the cheaper package.
We are making our form of the 7 layer dip of our preferences in it. We
do not like olives in it or guacamole, but some of us like guacamole as a
separate dip.
We will have mild salsa & tortilla chips, kids may make an artichoke
~mixed something dip, but I told them be sure to buy or use the proper
amount of shred cheese in their creations. Kids put 16 oz of shred
cheese in a dip that required only 8 oz. last year and we were eating
that dip the entire week. :sm06: There was so much of it & they
complained how much it cost to make & we were not throwing it out.
Funny how it depends who’s wallet paid for a treat, will determine if we
can toss it or continue eating til it is gone.:sm22:
I will probably pick up pizza pillows and / or potato skins to go along
with the other food choices of the night. Pizza pockets ~ I think is
what they are called. I will try to get what I need in my Weekly Friday
grocery trip.
Will you be having some special dinner during the Super Bowl? Will you
be rooting for a team or watching for the commercials :sm07:
