Hey all, I’m in a bit of a pickle here with my freezer. It’s been over-freezing everything to the point where there’s a mini ice age inside, and now it’s started making this weird buzzing noise. I’ve defrosted it and checked for obvious issues, but nothing’s fixed it. I rely on it heavily for meal prep and storing bulk foods. Does anyone have experience with this or know who to call that won’t cost me an arm and a leg?

That sounds incredibly frustrating! I had a similar issue last year, and trust me, I know how important a working freezer is for meal prep. I ended up calling Max Appliance Repair, and they were fantastic. Not only do they specialize in appliance repair Toronto , but their technicians really understand their stuff. The guy who came out was really thorough, checked all the possible causes, and it turned out to be a faulty thermostat mixed with some issue in the seal. He fixed it on the spot, and the pricing was very transparent—no hidden fees or surprise charges. They were a huge help, so maybe give them a try!
