how to motivate urself for half an hour jogging + some exercise (twice a week,,, its enuff eh??)
woh bhi sardiyon mei,, subah 5:30 bajay madad karo logo,, subah uth jati hu,, par khirki se bahir dekhti hu to daant kat kat karne lagte hein,, nasha sa ho jata hai aur zoorrrrr ki neend aane lagti hai aur phir hum so jaate hein
