background of movie actresses?

you hear stories that unlike a lot of these top models and tv actresses, who mostly come from middle class english speaking backgrounds, where as a lot of these film actresses come from uneducated backgrounds and poor families. Aperently it is said that a lot of these lollywood beauty queens come from places like heera mandi etc?
it was said that Saima was discovered during a topless mujra show, and her "assets" propelled her to stardom, apperently u here similar stories of other lollywood actresses, is THIS true?
also aperently saima and many others continue to "entertain" important people from overseas and rich business man, and they get more from this, than they do during a movie shoot.
is this true and does this still happen, as i think saima is a class actress, why would she need to do this
