UPs and DOWNs in Life

life is full of ups and downs

sometimes smiles and at times frowns

sometimes smooth or as sharp as a knife

we should accept this is life

sweet memories with us it shares

but also gives us bitter nightmares

we never know its true nature

we should accept it is life

we lose at times but also gain

happiness is there nut also pain

it is for success that we all strive

it all happiness in life

lessons of life are what we learn

also love and affection is what we earn

in a second a precious moment is lost

once wasted we have to pray the cost

let us make our life as fruitful as we can

we can never get this life back again........
