Tribal spirits present and past,
above the mountain high.
Now dwell within man-made abode,
from many years gone by.
Tales are spun from many a man,
lost shepherds in the night.
Shelter from natures elements,
warmth throughout their plight.
Following stars through mountain pass,
with herds on mountainside.
With only the stars to guide them,
the odds would be defied.
Listen in the still of the night,
hear their spirits arise.
Their souls still wander the mountain,
searching heavenly skies.
Come rest awhile and sing your songs,
then rest your weary head.
Protection for the present and past
the living and the dead.
