Oh hummingbird of fluttering wings,
drift in silence, on warm breezes.
Nest entwined with string,
the splendor of spring so pleases.
Life in the meadow starts anew,
gossamer wings flitter and fly.
Fields efflorescent, springtime hues,
magnolia blossoms floating by.
Amid the meadow, queen anne's lace,
atop their stems, these matriarchs.
Wildflowers beckon with such grace,
as winters leaves and spring embarks.
A rush of wind fills one's senses,
picturesque, nature's masterpiece.
Inhale the beauty, rush intenses,
enveloped by, springtime's release.
Inherent may this beauty be,
breathless vision, beyond compare.
Winter's somber we do not see,
there are but fair skies everywhere.

See sycamores silently swaying,
Summertime scents so sweet.
Seafoam swirling soft sounds,
Snowstorm slippery sleet.
Stroll shoreline, seek solace,
Showering springtime skies.
Shivering sliding sledding,
Spectacular sunset sighs.
Snapdragons spew sweetness,
Songbirds, swallows sing.
Snowmen stand statuesque,
Saunter splendrous spring.
