Everday, I wake up without the answers.
But knowing the questions all too well.
Who am I going to be?
Will my life ever get to find me?
I hope that it will, somehow,someway.
So many hopes, so many dreams yet to come true.
I know that they will, just not today.
Yesterday's gone, and tommorrow's waiting for me,
Yet it seems as if time stands still.
They say that all things change,
Yet, for me they remain the same.
Here in the dark, searching for the light.
I know that I'll find it, somehow, someway.
I know that I will, I guess just not today.
I've done all that I can to keep despair away,
but it just won't ever let me be.
Yet still, I keep up the faith,
There's something out there for me someplace.
I just hope whatever it is, it makes it here in time.
'cause pain is gaining on me,
I just hope that he stays away.
