Alone, sitting, watching the rain fall,
I give my self away
To the water,
To the flames of the drops,
Forever.
The darkness creeps in,
My reality is shattered
And I fall,
I fall into the dark,
Into the deep,
Into an illusion.
My fate has changed,
My eyes can no longer see,
Yet, I give myself away.
The rain hits me,
Yet, it slices through my body,
For you see, I am no longer there.
I am falling into the dark,
My illision now becoming my reality,
My eyes see, yet my body doesn't feel,
And the rain keeps falling.

Walking alone in the rain
Hiding my tears
Trying not to show
Blending the tears with the rain
Hoping things will go right
Wishing I had a way out
Or someone with love who
Could comfort me
And make all my worries
Disappear in instant
I’m alone now
Walking through the rain
Wondering why
While thoughts rush through my mind
Hoping and praying
Everything goes to plan
Yet still stressed
While the thoughts come to mind
Alone in the rain
Walking through the darkness
Looking for answers
A bright light ahead
I could see but not reach out
So close but so far
Maybe the key to my worries
And maybe the key to success
The closer I get the brighter it gets
I’m as close as I could get
Wondering whether to go or not
While I get a strain of ideas
The bright light weakens
Now I’m walking alone in the rain
Confident and strong
High goals and aims
A small smile arises on the face
While I realise this was the answer
I had been searching for...!!

To sit outside and watch a storm
washes away all of my worries
To watch the rain fall from the sky as
if in slow motion is calming
Just to think that all the people
in heaven are crying and their tears
fall upon us is overwhelming
When some people here on earth cry it rains
and i suppose that is comforting to some people
To recieve rain is a blessing for then
you know that when it rains
you are not the only one crying in both
the world or in the heavens...!!!
