u r rite twisty,hamari bohat si bigri adatoun main se aik yeh bhi he,lekin sudherne ki koi khas umeed bhi nahi,so try to live with it and make sure atleast u have a drain in front of your house

mujhay bhe bht ghussa ata hai jo log aisa kertay hein .. sirf drainage ka masla nahi hai yahaan per, cleanliness ka bhe bht masla hai, loog koora utha ker jo her corner mein dhair bana daitay hein .. i just hate that!
