strike to yahan kafi hoti hein
but never in private sector

oooooooo wowwwwww
it means hum itne bhi bechare nahi hein

5 week paid leaves

10 days RTT (faltu ki chutiyan hehehe)
9 days over time karne pe
+ 9 or 10 national holidays

35 hrs work per week
par agar hamari (Insha Allah) promotion ho gai to phir jitna kaam ho utna deir office mei

phir me sab ki party karu gi

Masha Allah se
yahan pe sick leave k liye medical cert zaroori hota hai aur woh zahir hai doctor sahab hi dete hein
3 din se zyada ki sick leave ho to payment hoti hai hmm i guess 80% of salary

tobah,, i prefer going to office than lieing

vacations don;t really matter to me cuz i usually work on my days off as over-time and also i don;t take my normal 3-week vacation...instead i take vacation pay
