something wrong with my PC

hi guyz...somethign is wrong with my PC when i turn it on..it beeps..and does constantly ..and there is nothing on the screen...i hace checked all the plugs and cards they r fixed ....can anyone plz help???

check yer VGA card .... if it beeps .. its obvious yer VGA card is not properly installed .. plug it out from PCI slot nn re install it na ...

if this beep is a long one.. than your RAM is corrupt or is not inserted in the slot completly.. what ya do is plug out your ram and than insert it in other ram-slot.

if this beep is non continuous than do the same thing with your processor.

Well, basically it can be Both.

Either you take out the Memory or VGA .. beep comes.. but there are different tones for it. Just open your pc's now and check foryouself :D

faysal: It has be either one of em Memory or VGA.. further you can investigate yourself.

becoz all the replies are gone. so i am writin it again.

if the beep is a continuous one than your ram is corrupt or not properly installed.

if the beep is non continuous that your processor is corrupt or not properly inserted.

you've to plug in again (press ) all cards and RAM ... and one more thing check out ... is ur processor fan is still runing :) and... and... check out ... all cables ... mouse , keyboard ... bas... best luck

this problem same happended with me,I was very worried,my system is not on sometimes,if everything is ok,try IDE connector of motherboard,u should clean this place,this can be happend..
