It's not that I don't want you in my life
It's just the reality of our lives
That made me realize that our friendship was over
Woke up one day and I it was like I didn't know you anymore
Like everything we've said and done was a dream
A dream that was not meant to last
I never saw this coming
But deep down I knew the day you left
Things were going to change
I just didn't know our friendship was going to end
Times I catch myself looking at pictures of you and me
And seeing the good times we use to have
Then reality over comes me
And I remember our friendship is no more
It was just memories of something I thought would last.
