well i duno much bt if one is not happy wid dere hubby n he is not providing u da basic tings n not givin u ur rites den u can file for divorce which is called khulla wen asked from da girl.....khulla can only b filed from da girl's side if she ticked da column of havin da rite 2 divorce her husband at da time of nikah wich usually ppl duno n dun do

Had a similar problem. My divorce lawyer just easily solved a problem. Found him on StateDivorce. You can check this site with divorce lawyers from different states. Because I think you shouldn't go to the court without a lawyer.
