Dearest Members, We the Admins have come to a decision to give jb some changes, We r all open for comments and criticism on making this forum "rock". the Mods we currently have are under too much Pressure and are Pressed to give every forum the time and attention needed. Thus we have decided to distribute the forums among them in a way so that each has not more then 2-3 forums to deal with and is each aided by an Asst. Mod. For this cause we require U all. whoever is interested in being a mod can in the Discretion of the admin and himself either Pm the Admin, Warmth_of_love, Sharara, Born_flirt or post a reply to this topic.
This is not to say the Mods right now are lacking in anyway. The job being Done is fantastic, but as in all places, where u have a family, u share the work load. All we aim to do is provide assistance to the overworked and busy ppl rather then anything else. This is not to make anyone feel they haven’t done a good job or such. We appreciate your efforts and would like to thank u all for the excellent work. We hope u will all join in and make jb "HAPPEN".

if we're going by the posts counts, then i'm far away to be a MOD but if we're going by the experience, then i should be the MOD, why should i be the mod, i have given my reasons before...so its all upto you...
