Assalam O Alaikum...!
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, May Allah be pleased with him, narrated that a man asked the messenger of Allah, may Allahs peace and blessings be upon him, to give him a piece of Advice, he said, "Don't be angry." The man repeated this several times and the prophet replied, "Don't be angry." (bukhari)
In another hadeeth, the prophet, may Allahs peace and blesssings be upon him, defined the strong person is the one who controls himself in a fit of rage, and not the one who wrestles others.
On the authority of Mu'ath ibn Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated that the prophet, may Allahs peace and blessings be upon him, said, "The one who swallows up anger will be called out by Allah, the Exalted, to the forefront of the creatures on the Day of Resurrection and will be put to option about ant pure-eyed virgin, he will like." (Abu Dawood at-thirmidhi)
On the Authority of Suliman ibn surd, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated that to people began to quarrel with each other in front of the prophet, may Allahs peace and blessings be upon him. One of them was so angry that his face had turned red and the veins on his neck were swollen. The messenger of Allah said, "I know of a phrase that, if he were to utter it, his fit of rage would be relaxed, and that phrase is: "I seek refuge with Allah from shaythan, the accursed." so the companions said to him. "the messenger of Allah said, 'seek refuge with Allah from shaythan, the out cast."
Change ur postion: it was narrated that the messenger of Allah, may Allahs peace and blessings be upon him, said, "if one of you gets angry while he's standing, let him sit down, and if he is still angry, let him lie down." (Ahmad)
Perform wudu': it was narrated that the prophet, may Allahs peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Anger is from shaythan and shaythan is created from fire, and fire is extinguished by water; so if one of you becomes angry let him perform wudu'." (abu Dawood)
Be silent: It was narrated that the prophet, PBUH, said, "if one of you gets angry let him be silent." (Ahmad)
