Rani shoots for Yash Raj's untitled film near Amritsar
The 'Queen of Hearts' Rani Mukherjee tried to woo audiences using Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic, but it didn't have the desired effect. The bubbly actress is still searching for that one big hit, which will once again cement her position as the uncrowned Rani (read Queen) of Bollywood.
Rani was spotted shooting for her forthcoming untitled film (once again with the Yash Raj banner) in the village of Jagdevkalan, about 20kms from Amritsar last week. The actress, dressed in a colorful salwar-kameez looked pretty and must say in shape. What's more, in one of the shots, she was seen waving the tricolor and displaying her patriotic side (wonder if she is shouting Chak De India).
Amritsar certainly seems to be the new hub of Yash Raj films as recently even SRK and newcomer Anushka Sharma were spotted shooting pivotal scenes for their film Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi directed by Aditya Chopra. Now with Rani also adding her colour and charm to this beautiful city, the residents of Amritsar couldn't have asked for more this festive season.
