Chapel Bells Mid Snow

High atop the hill,
snow on night so still.
Soft as feather quill,
touch frozen ground.
Wonderland of white,
stain glass shine so bright.
Glistens in the night,
Floating around.

Jack Frost soon appear,
upon midnight clear.
Voices linger near,
gentle peal astound.
Cold north wind adrift,
let bell toll, uplift.
Listen to this gift,
hear heavenly sound.
