Asian a very nice topic that was needed . Even I thought for that one too during my mod ship but lets leave it.
Mods and admins are our frnds. And frnds shud have courage to face and listen crticizim.
Lets give some more liberty 2 mems. And mods and admins please make ur heart spacious to listen some criticism.

And ban policy must not be on reason of debate or disagreements against decisions of mods. Mods and Admins are not Supereme Court

but to be honest i have never banned anyone, lol i had one jb member calling for my modship to be taken away due to my arbituary behaviour (i coulden't stop laughing but hey)

if a point is to be challanged it needs to have foundation in the first place.

i wanna know how to deal with the crap that has become present in the forum

at what time have i done any offensive action aganist you?

infact when QV was acting the fool, i ignored your and her anti social display. she vermently complained to wol, then accused other mods of the forum of being bais, only to appologise to them and then suck up as if she was a media rep for an amercian election

this is the mentality i absolutly am aganist. i get enough childish behaviour in university. i don't want it here on JB, your behaviour is rarther purthetic, infact your actions has caused fricton on a number occasions resulting in yourself being striped of modship.

JB can take my modship away now if he would like to, but it would not change who i am as a person or a JB poster , i'll still talk to my friends, and i'll still comfront people person to person and not break it down into a highschool mentality.

I observe the same thing. One of admin rplied me in a strange and cold manner. I was shocked at that rply but i ignored. Mods must be cool and polite not rude and cold as I experienced.

I have seen best time at JB but i am sorry 2 say this time JB environment is not appreciable.

yup 100% agree

this behavior may b due to heavy work load. mean only one admin to tackle all the things.
managment circle is much high as compared to the forums n membrs. and most of the staff is coming to the JB but not working efficiently

Excellent jee aik mod Members k lye bquwas ka word use kar rha hai

I am mod of 3 forums and I was also part of Managment Team of JB in past. But no body ever complained abut attitude problem of my team but now several mems are complaining of attitude.

So it means that there is some prblm in managment attitude
