Striving for goodness and thoughts pure,
trial and tribulations we come to endure.
We stumble along not being very sure,
searching for guidance and God's door.

The path chosen may be winding or straight,
deciding whats right determines our fate.
Let God fill up your heart with love so sate,
throw away your doubts it's never too late.

He will welcome us with our imperfection,
Look for self worth through introspection.
Walk with faith see love replace rejection,
God alone leads us in the right direction.

Days are placid, serene like shifting sand,
others tempestuous as we seek God's hand.
He never gives more then we can withstand,
You will receive knowledge to understand.

Walk with faith, walk with the Lord beside,
as your cup runs over with His love inside.
Find salvation and with the Lord you reside,
live life righteously and His love will abide.
