1 year befor i was 135kg's. Everybody laughed at me even my best friend.My reletive's , everyone.

They said "tum ketnay motay ho tum bura nahi lagta.

When ever i used to go to a part my cousine came to me and said" OYEE MOTTAY KIA HAL HAY TERA, THORA WEIGHT TO KAM KAR YARR, DIN BA DIN PHUL RAHA HAY'

It was so embarassing..
I was standing near to girl and she was laughing at me.

I ran away.

I went to my best friends place i told him every thing, even he said.
" YARR TU MOTA TO HAY NA AB MOTAY KO MOTA NAHI TO KIA KAHAIN GAY.

Mera ek cousine hay FAHAD.

Bas ek woh he tha jes nay mera sath deya.

One night we all cousines gathered in my place, and she also came NIAMA , she is my cousine and the onlygirl i have ever loved.

I was talking to her and there came my other cousine JUNAID he also liked niama. Na idhar dekha na udhar aur"MOTTEY KIA KAR RAHA HAY UDHAR, IDHA AAAA TERAY KAM KE CHEEZ HAY, i said kia, HE SAID MOTTAY KHANA AUR KIA.

I looked at niama and i cried. I went into my room i cried and cried and cired.

I know boys dont cry but jab dil pay buhat hurt ho to ronnay kay elawa aur kar bhe kia saktay ho.

So i decided that night that i will lose weight, no matter what.

The next day i joined JIM thats the SUPERGOLD JIM in peshawar.

I excercised everyday for about 9 HOURS. nonstop.

I left eating used to eat once a day.

Only PEYAZ AND TOMATO at night.


My cousine FAHAD help me alot, i'll will always be thankfull to him.

From TO 2 TO 9PM i excersied every day for one year even on sunday.


And i dit it...[baer]

I loss 55 kgs in just 7 months..

Three months bodybuilding and was and smart man.


When my cousines,my relatives, my friends saw me you know what they said" YARR TU MOTTA HE ACHA THA AB TU MAREZ LAGTA HAY.

Mera dil keya ek gun loun aur sab ko CHANI CHANI kardoun..


Magar mistake was mine. I never listened my heart i always listened to what other people wanted to say.


Now i am 82kgs i know you guys must be thinking kay still am little over weight but i am not guys, my bones are thick and my also 6,1ft so these things also count in your body weight.


Now The girls who used to say key "TUM ETNAY MOTTAY HO JAB GARI CHALATAY HO GAY TO CAR EK SIDE PAY BATH JATI HO GE"

They send me love cards.


Niama ek esi larki the jesnay kabhe kuch nahi kaha.

Not about my weight not about anything.

Thats why i love her. But i never told her that i love her and i want her to be my wife. But its to late she angaged with my same cousine.aND GUYS THIS ISN'T just a falls story made up by some freek this true.

In sab batoun say I realized and learned many things.


1) If you want to do some thing with true heart you will succed.

2) Dont listen to people, listen to your self.Be what you are, Not what other people want you to be.

3) logkesi hal main bhe kush nahi.

4)othing is impossible in this world.

5) Itsoky if your too fat or too thin.

Being fat is not good i know that, but try an lose weight slowly. Dont listen what other people call you.

6) Believe in your self.

MARNAY KAY BAD BHE LOG APP KO EK ACHAY AUR DIL KA KHUBSURAT INSAN KAY RUP MAIN YAD REKTAY HAIN.

if you see a very fat or thin guy, dont call him "HEY MOTTAY IDHAR AA" call him by his name.
You guys dont know but it realy hurts inside.
